My name is Njeri Mbuthia and I am so proud to say that I have been able to lose 14kgs on the Madelean program.
I had always been slim from youth but in the last 2 years the weight has been piling on. I decided to take the bold step to lose it now rather than later when things were out of control.
Most of the fat was on my upper body and I found that even if I was going to the gym regularly, the results were slow.
Through the program I have been able to change my eating habits and my lifestyle. Only a combination of healthy eating and working out can guarantee you results.I have lost weight where I expected to.

The advice I can give to people that want to join the program is that
at first it is not easy but if you focus you can do anything you set your mind to.
With time healthy living will become a part of your life and you won't want to look back. If you had asked me 13 weeks ago if I would be feeling this great, I would have probably said no but now, I believe anything is possible.
